These terms are an agreement between you and Botanic Rain FZE, Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, for the Celestic app and website. By using Celestic you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use Celestic.
You must be 18 or older and able to make a binding agreement. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Celestic gives personal guidance drawn from the Vedic tradition, based on the birth details you provide; answers are written by an AI guide (Aura). Celestic offers guidance, not certainty. It is for reflection and general information. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it makes no promises about future outcomes. Make important decisions with qualified professionals. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.
You keep ownership of what you write. You allow us to process it to provide and improve Celestic as described in our Privacy Policy. Only add another person’s birth details if you have their permission.
Do not misuse Celestic: no unlawful, harmful or abusive content; no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer or scrape the service; no creating accounts to get around limits; no using it for tasks unrelated to personal guidance at scale. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Celestic is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on guidance, or for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
You may stop using Celestic and delete your account at any time. We may end or change the service with reasonable notice where possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
If you use Celestic on an Apple device, Apple is not responsible for the app or its support, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where these terms do not address a matter.
