  • Birth Metadata: Precise date, time, and city of birth. This is essential for calculating your Vedic birth chart (Lagna) Transits, Dashas.etc.
  • Psychological & Conversational Data: Textual inputs and inquiries made to our AI guide, "Aura." We store encrypted summaries of these interactions to provide a consistent, personalized experience.
  • Commercial Information: Transaction history and subscription status (processed via Apple/Google).

  • Log & Device Data: IP address, device manufacturer, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
  • Time Zone Data: Local time zone and Daylight Saving Time (DST) status to ensure the mathematical accuracy of astrological transits.
  • Usage Analytics: Information regarding how often you engage with specific "Premium" sections (Money, Love, Career).

Botanic Rain FZE uses your data to provide a high-fidelity astrological experience:

  • Astrological Calculations: To generate daily transits, Panchang, and Dasha cycles.
  • AI Personalization: To enable the "Aura" persona to analyze your current "psyche" and provide tailored guidance.
  • Subscription Management: To manage access to premium locked content for paid members.
  • Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws in the United Arab Emirates and international jurisdictions.
  1. DATA PROCESSING AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

The Celestic utilizes the Gemini API for natural language processing.

  • Private Instance: Your personal chat data is sent to the AI as a private request to generate your specific reading.
  • Training Opt-Out: Your personal conversations and birth data are not used to train the global public models of our AI providers.
  • Memory Management: We use "Vector Embeddings" to allow the AI to remember your past growth without storing unencrypted long-form text.
  1. WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Botanic Rain FZE does not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Our revenue is derived solely from user subscriptions and services.

We disclose Personal Information only to service providers who are essential to our operations:

  • Infrastructure: Google Firebase (Database and User Authentication).
  • Intelligence: Gemini API (Content Generation).
  • Astrological Data: VedicAstroAPI (Planetary positions).
  • Payments: Apple App Store / Google Play Store (Financial transactions).
  1. YOUR RIGHTS AND DATA DELETION

Regardless of your location, we provide the following rights:

  • Correction: You may update your birth data in the App settings at any time.
  • Deletion: You may delete your account via the "Settings" menu. Upon deletion, Botanic Rain FZE removes your birth metadata and conversational summaries from our active Firebase servers.
  • Portability: You may request a summary of the data we hold regarding your account.
  1. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Botanic Rain FZE is based in the United Arab Emirates. Your data may be processed on servers located in the United States and other regions where our service providers (Google/AWS) operate. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your data may be subject to the laws of these jurisdictions.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures via Firebase App Check and encryption to protect your data. However, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
